Greg gave me a very reasonable price on a list of about 15 things that included putting down a vinyl floor in the laundry room, painting over wallpaper in the bathroom, repairing a basement water leak, and fixing some garage weather stripping. He ended up being in the house a bit over two weeks in total, and was a pleasure to have working there.
