This company is absolutely AWFUL. I would give it ZERO stars if I could. They did not show up - not once, not twice, but THREE times. No calls, no texts. Very unprofessional. Do not waste your time with them, as they will waste YOUR time giving you an appointment and then not showing up. I have a policy of not giving out bad reviews, especially as I do not want to hurt a family business. With that said, I do not even understand how they can even stay in business. This is not how I would treat someone else, and not how business should be conducted. They are not respectful of your time. Stay away from them, there are other businesses out there who you should hire to get the job done.

I had an appointment, they didn't show up for it. I waited all day. They rescheduled. Same thing. 3rd time, they assured me they would be here between 8-9:30. It's now 11 they still aren't here and won't answer my phone calls.

They blew me off 3 times. Never called, didn't return my phone calls, finally, they would reschedule, only to blow me off again.

After dealing with two plumbing companies from HomeServ, my issue was still not resolved. I started calling around to other plumbers in area to fix my shower and give me an estimate to actually resolve the pipe issues I was having. After a few calls, no shows, and exaggerating quotes from others, Rojas company came and was honest about the work. Not sure if it was because they saw the frustration and exhaustion on my face but they told me what needed to be done and gave me a quote that seemed reasonable. Even after I told them I so needed to speak and get quotes from other plumbers, they were on with that. Two days later, I called Rojas back and they fixed everything within 4 hours. I ended up having to change the main sewer pipe from my basement all the way to my 2nd floor. The father and son team are honest, patient, and efficient. I'll be using Rojas for all my plum

WARNING, THESE GUYS ARE CHEATS!!!! My mother Houda, who I am visiting currently, hired this company to fix a shower faucet. The water was coming from the bottom but not the top. They did not show up at appointment time, so we had to reschedule. Second time they came earlier than the appointment time when I was not around, so they decided not to come at all. third time they finally came. The original price was 60 dollars for the service, but we had to pay an extra $20 for the faucet itself, so 80 total. a few weeks later the faucet randomly broke again, The rubber inside fell off which was the same issue the first; faucet had, proving they did not even change it with the new one they bought and ended up charging us another $20 for the new faucet, they basically lied. Anyway we called them to come and fix it, made an appointment, they DIDNT SHOW up for it because the guy did not feel like coming. They then told us to contact the insurance company to send someone else since we would not be paying them a second time to do the first job, the insurance company said they would send someone for another $60 dollars. Basically these guys stole $80 from us, did not fix our shower faucet and high tailed it. I do not recommend this company for anything. If you do end up using them, do not let them take broken equipment with them, have them take photos, so that they cant cheat you like they cheated me.

Quick, clean job site and reasonable

My kitchen sink was severely clogged with a odor, and my faucet was leaking. They fixed both problems. They were fast, friendly, professional and competent. The price was also reasonable.

Good expert people

We needed to repair a 15-year-old toilet. After Rojas looked at it, they recommended a new one be installed instead of repairing the old one. Sound advice, so we did it. Leaks have stopped from the old and everything is good so far
