"It went great, actually better than I expected. The arrangements were made a couple of weeks ahead of time, and as the move-in deadline approached, there was a little confusion as to the actual cleaning date. However, the crew spent the better part of 2 days working hard scrubbing, polishing, shining, going way above and beyond my expectations of a janitorial service. I was totally pleased with the work and felt that the value was excellent."

This is the client's den area where the floors were refinished. There is a long list of major errors. Here it starts with dreadful sanding resulting in drum marks & edger digs, incomplete sanding, completely botched staining, and a horrible 'finished' product!

"This service was EXCEPTIONAL !!!They went way over and beyond to make sure everything was done right. "My house looks like a new home. Floors all cleaned, including the wooden floors. Walls & ceiling corners all dusted, chandeliers cleaned. "Dave and Gary were GREAT! I dropped my silhouette blinds off to be cleaned and picked them up a few days later. They were better than new. Years ago I had my blinds cleaned by COIT. If a line of soap scum is still visible, spray it with the vinegar solution. Use a soft-bristle toothbrush to gently scrub the residue away before wiping it down and rinsing again.
