"It was excellent. The three woman were professional and worked quickly. The house was very clean. They moved the refrigerator, cleaned the oven and the bathrooms were exceptional. I was very happy with the service provided."

"It went great, actually better than I expected. The arrangements were made a couple of weeks ahead of time, and as the move-in deadline approached, there was a little confusion as to the actual cleaning date. However, the crew spent the better part of 2 days working hard scrubbing, polishing, shining, going way above and beyond my expectations of a janitorial service. I was totally pleased with the work and felt that the value was excellent."

The client doesn't realize just how dirty her floor is, and becomes amazed at the outcome!
This is the client's den area where the floors were refinished. There is a long list of major errors. Here it starts with dreadful sanding resulting in drum marks & edger digs, incomplete sanding, completely botched staining, and a horrible 'finished' product!

"This service was EXCEPTIONAL !!!They went way over and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Living in a senior community we found out all too often we could get taken advantage of....L&B made us believers again in a good old fashioned work ethic. We HIGHLY recommend them. "Dave and Gary were GREAT! I dropped my silhouette blinds off to be cleaned and picked them up a few days later. They were better than new. Years ago I had my blinds cleaned by COIT. They were awful and destroyed them, so I was hesitant to clean them again. Dave and Gary professionally cleaned them at a very fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again."
