"I received 3 roofing estimates, but Pro line was the only to thoroughly understand the full scope of the project (water infiltration into the basement) and recommend all of the correct fixes (repair/replace 2 gutters, add valley flashing at roof/wall intersection, replace building paper on wall below and replace flashing at wall/porch intersection to divert water away from foundation). Both other companies just offered band-aid solutions to the gutters and/or tried to up-sell replacing gutters that were not involved in the basement leak.
