As a single woman running my own home and being very particular.....it is extremely important to be able to discuss the job, hear all the details, and employ someone who is honest, honorable, well qualified, neat, and highly informed. I first hired Rob for the drain problem. He accomplished that efficiently and neatly at a reasonable price. We discussed options for a back up for the sump pump. Having a finished basement, I am always concerned about water. I have never lost electricity during a rain storm....but the possibility always takes up space in my brain. I have a portable generator....but I have to be home to start it. Today Rob arrived on time and installed the back up for me. It took the whole morning as he predicted. He explained how it all worked and it is a beautiful thing. I so appreciate knowledgable and personable service. I highly recommend Easy Flow Drain and Mechanical LLC for any plumbing needs. Oh....one more thing...he noticed a leak in my fairly new furnace exhaust piping. He pointed it out and gave me several possible reasons for the leak so I could intelligently discuss it with the company that installed the new energy efficient furnace. What else could you want from a plumber? I was extremely satisfied and impressed with his service. I'm also grateful for Angie's List!!!!

"Very well. After I called Alan came over and gave us an estimate. Since it was reasonable in light of the other estimates we got, we hired him. His two-man crew arrived soon after and did everything that Alan and I had had agreed on. Although a little absent-minded at times, they were meticulous and reasonably careful. As the work progressed, we were impressed enough to extend the project to include other outside areas of the house. Where required they provided new screws to put back our downspouts and shutters. When the job ended one of his crew wire brushed several paint drips off our asphalt driveway and stone paver walkway. Good job!"

Vinny on the other hand, followed up several times, which was great. He did everything he said he would do, and he did it quickly. I contacted him a few months later to ask if he did water testing. He did not, but gave me a great referral. If I need to get a filter installed, I'm calling Vinny back to do the work."

"An amazing experience for my landscape lighting. From sales to scheduling to installation... All around a terrific experience and one that we’ve become used to with Tanzer. In the past, they've installed and modified our irrigation to perfection as well. The installers didn’t make a complete mess of the property, especially when they were digging the trenches. The sod was put back nicely, which is a HUGE deal for me. And they took their shoes off to go into the basement after working in mulch, grass and dirt. "The company sent out very professional installers. First the owner came out with tons of actual samples of cabinets, and granite and tile for the backsplash. And they weren't just small pieces. He had samples of cabinet doors, ;large boards of the tiles and large pieces of the granite types. Large enough to put over a section of the counter with a large section the the backsplash behind it to see how it would really look when installed. The next week, two guys came out and spent the morning doing exact measurements of all the surfaces to renovated. The actually built a wood framework of the walls and counters so the counters and backsplash could be made to the exact forms needed. And then about ten days later the installation was scheduled. The work took about a week. The installlers were great and took care to clean up each day before they left. When all the installation work was completed on Friday, the plumber cam out and hooked up the sink and disposal and all was finished by 5:00 on Friday. The kitchen was transformed. It was the first upgrading in the kitchen we had done after living here for 35 years. And I can tell you it was worth the wait. And the price was more than reasonable. I have recommended this company to friends and neighbors and would again."
