We paid to get a $75 roof inspection with the intentions that we'd get the sun room roof and then entire house roof done by this company. The gentleman who came to do the inspection acted like he just wanted to get it over with. He was fixated on the one spot in the sun room where we already knew was was issues and didn't want to bother looking at the rest of the roof. He actually gave my husband looks as though he was an idiot for buying the house. Again, we bought the house knowing of the issues and negotiated credit for the repairs so we really needed a thorough explanation of the conditions, how much time we had, the price and solutions not judgement.  We actually called another company and got a more thorough inspection for free.
