It is easy to get ignored, patronized to or otherwise ripped off when you are a woman alone maintaining a home. Alex did none of this. He was up and up and did precisely what he said he would do. Said he would contact me the next day, did it. Said he would finish the job in a few hours, did it. I will definitely contact him for more work when the time comes. The dry well itself remains to be tested by Mother Nature, but I cannot imagine it doing anything other than what it is meant to do. Alex also made sure the site was clean and tidied everything up when done. Cannot recommend enough."
