Then had an employee go to the location during the 4 hour window they specified and wait for the plumber. On the day of the appt, 1 hour into the time window someone calls and says, sorry we’re not going to go because we only do residential plumbing. This was a surprise, as it was communicated to them that this was a business when I had set up the appt. So, I decided to speak with a manager. After spending over an hour of being bounced around from one dept to another, asking for a manager, they never connected me to one and their dispatcher had the audacity to say “sorry for your inconvenience, but you’ll just have to find someone else.” WOW! The hoops they make you jump through and the rudeness is not worth the hassle. I would definitely recommend you find a different plumbing pro for your project!"

Someone actually answered the phone, it was Joey and after I explained to him what was going on he told me to shut the unit off and he could be out there first thing in the morning or later that day to assess the situation. He came later that day and unclogged the drain from the unit so that at least I could keep the unit on while a new unit was ordered. He didn’t even charge me for the visit that day. One day later he gave me a very reasonable price $6500 for a new system. I also had the heating unit replaced for an additional $2000. The very next day a three man crew showed up and within 5 1/2 hours I had a brand new unit. I was impressed with the knowledge, expertise, experience, respect for property, and quality of work that I witnessed. I was very fortunate to have called them first and I will use them in the future to check on the health of my system. A+."
