Vinny was the worker that came out on time I may add he introduced himself and got straight to work it took him about not even 15 minutes to get all the stuff on the trailer. We talked for a bit and he informed me that they were a construction company that also did repairs and to keep them in mind if I ever needed anything which I will I've added them to my contact list. I think Robert and Vinny are phenomenal guys. They were both professional and friendly at the same time. I gave them five stars but that really not enough to describe how they made me feel like a special and valued customer. "Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. "His crew excavated the walk on one day and missed the next appointment. I did call Bob and he told me that all the excavation would be done and the job completed in a few days.  The crew came out two days later and jacked hammered the front of my drive way that was cracked in places.  The next day they poured the concrete and built back up my curb with which I was very pleased. If Bob would only call whenever he could not make his appointment and not wait for the customer to call it would have been a lot smoother.  The overall work was A+ and his crew answered all of my questions. Just a few things did not flow like placing any caution tape or cones at the sidewalk, I put my old sawhorse at each end and his crew did tie caution tape around them.  I did not want anyone to get hurt.
