"They stripped the old roof off in its entirety, and provided a new roof per the agreement.  During the installation process they seemed very professional and punctual as well and I had no complaints with their system.  I decided to wait a year to write the review because it is a roof after all and while it may look nice immediately after installation, there's no way to know of its performance until later. 
I got home tonight (it is raining) and find that there is water dripping through my new ceiling and down my new wall.  I called them immediately and have been told that someone will reach out to me tomorrow to discuss.....while there is still water dripping on my floor.  I hope this is rectified ASAP as we are supposed to have rain for the next three days.  I will update this post accordingly depending on tomorrow's result.

*Update*

I called back Saturday morning and they got me scheduled for Monday morning to have a couple of guys come check out the issue.  Sure enough, Monday morning the team showed up and went up on the roof to check out the issue.  They told me that the (base?) of the chimney needed to be re-tarred and they took care of that on the spot.  They also mentioned that my chimney was compromised due to the old brick and that I should address that ASAP as that was likely how water was penetrating.

He replaced the framing, insulation, drywall, drop ceiling, and associated trim and molding. "I hired luxury bath to upgrade my master bathroom. I was replacing a neo angle shower with a fully custom shower with glass, install new flooring and install a new vanity. Luxury bath came out and took measurements, they ordered the custom shower base and then a different company came out and measured for the glass, finally they came back to install the glass. There were some issues that the glass guys have with the layout and design of the shower from luxury bath. The companies don't exactly seem to be on the same page. But they made it work. I was warned that the door might be too heavy for the anchors but they will cover any issues that arise. Only time will tell how well it holds up. The lifetime warranty is what really sold me. Pros: -Great teams, Easy to work with. Great communication. -The shower looks beautiful and the flooring is amazing. -Lifetime warranty on everything they touch. Cons -Pretty expensive job -They don't do painting or electric upgrades so I still have to paint and install a bathroom fan. -They do that here is the price if you sign up now vs the price if you want to think about it."
