"Did a nice job repairing ceiling dry wall. Supposed to be 2 day job. A week later it was completed after multiple times set up to come and then showed up 6 hours late or not at all. One time they came and assessed for materials and said they would be back after getting supplies 2 hours later no show! Always an appointment time for before 10 am , sometimes showed up 6 -6 hours late, or not at all. If you have time to sit around and wait for a co tractor to show up? these are your guys!"

He was prompt, very professional and his communication to me on what would be done and how was very refreshing. When I remodeled a bedroom, Rob was the only one I called, he came in and did the walls and ceiling. The last project I had a couple of months back was a laundry/half bath. Rob again did very good work, completed the walls and ceiling in a timely manner."

"I closed on a house that had wall-to-wall carpet in most of the rooms a week before going on vacation. I contacted Five Star and Ricardo responded right away, we scheduled for him to come see the job that needed to be done (he was very punctual), and did the work while I was away and the house was still empty. I had 2 other estimates and his price was the most reasonable. Since the house was empty and some of the work had to be done at night there were some minor issues such as a few staples (literally about 5) that were not fully removed and a spot that was missed due to lack of adequate lighting.
