Quick and simple.   The work was unbelievably quick.
Although he volunteered to put back a dimmer, I realized that I was no longer using incadescent bulbs, but a mix and getting an "appropriate" dimmer was probably out of the question.  Rarely used the dimmer so kept the toggle switch.
I provided the ballast and he came back with his partner to fix the wiring and replace the ballast -- since he was able to handle, both the light switch (top hats) and the instant hot water maker so quickly.
Really appreciated the great service.  Will definitely call back again.

He also installed gutter guards which look amazing. He was able to color match the roof shingles with the guards. My dryer was not working properly so Matt suggested to clean the duct work and what we found was amazing, it's amazing the house didn't catch fire prior to the cleaning.
