They seemed to be trained professionals in their field. They went our of their way to explain what they were doing, what stains on our carpet were lightened but couldn't be removed, and what types of stains would be removable. They also left pamphlets on cleaning and carpet care. Classic Services was not the cheapest carpet cleaners we called, but they did provide an additional discount on top of the Angie's List offer.
