What surprised me Is the after service, when I called Thiago to report a small issue due to the heavy rain we had right after they finish the job, he sent in his crew and took care of it in the same day I called. They understood what I needed and worked with me to get the best possible solution! The crew all worked flawlessly together. They took two days to finish the job. The first was the ground preparation and setting up the framing for the concrete. The second was to pour the concrete and finish off the job. Everyone knew exactly what to do to keep the concrete flowing from the truck to the back yard. One guy maned the truck, one guy worked the destination surface and two ran the wheelbarrows back and forth from the truck to the walkway! They put in great effort to keep my driveway and the street clear from residual concrete. I am extremely pleased with the work they did for the price they charged. They gave me an estimate and the final price was exactly the same! I highly recommend this service provider to all!!!"
