The best offer, job description and fair price were done by Tony He made an appointment for the next day, immediately evaluated the level of damage of the chimney and the work, which should be done to fix it. Next day after several phone calls and emails we filled out contract. After that in the morning nice black contraction van stopped by my house. I was not in home, when the work was started.
