"Bryan & his son visited our home and we discussed replacing the 2 gable vents on our two story colonial home. Within a weeks time, the estimate was emailed and the work was scheduled. The estimate was for two Azek vents I had ordered from Architectural Depot.com. Bryan's Handyman & Home Improvement Service didn't have any objections to installing the product I purchased. The old vents were cheap plastic & too small for the attic fan I am planning to install later. George & Rubin arrived at our home promptly and didn't mind that I watched, learned & asked questions. They explained the process as they proceeded with the work. I was surprised that they didn't have to go into the attic at all to install the vents. George even accommodated my request to slightly modify the vents I purchased. It was more about the aesthetics and the finished look. George & Rubin did a fantastic job ! "The entire process was well done from start to finish. I booked the job during the winter to ensure I would be an early spring installation. Scott was really easy to work with, very responsive and fully executed the items in our contract. Once the guys got started the whole process was fast. Removed old concrete porch, excavated the area, installed / compacted 5 inches of crushed stone, put a base of polymetric sand and then laid the pavers. They were perfectionists as well using survey equipment to get the right heights and slopes. The patio looks amazing. And the drainage solution Scott and team did has improved my surface water problem tremendously in my yard. Just a fantastic experience! One thing I will advise other homeowners is to understand there are upgrade options for the pavers and they are worth it. So budget in $1-2 extra per square foot from the contract price to ensure you get what you want."
