Once the second fan was up and running, he went back and removed the first fan and installed the new one I had purchased. Michael wrapped up the broken one for us to return. Michael went above and beyond for us and we truly appreciated it. He was friendly, tidy (he took all of the trash from the three ceiling fan boxes) and knowledgeable.
