We had an initial plan but then discovered additional damage after the old tiling was taken out. Wesley came back with a very budget-conscious proposal and was able to finish the job in a timely manner, with plenty of attention to detail to make sure we were left with an excellent finished product. "It was amazing 🤩 I made a call to MAS and Harold and Lauren were at my home the next day. Harold, Pete and Gabrielle were extremely hard working and so courteous and such a joy to work with!! I actually was so pleased with the deck that I asked for a quote on vinyl fencing. I would strongly recommend this company for any work needed. It means so much when the actual owner of the company comes and does the work alongside his employees. I did happen to see one horrible review from someone who was 100% 😑. It was actually the only bad review so clearly it was not the fault of MAS but rather the idiot that posted such an incredibly inaccurate and incorrect review. I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends and take it from me, I can really be a PITA when things are getting done at my home but not once was I ever meant to feel like I was being a PITA. The customer service skills of Harold and Lauren and their team is remarkable!!!"

"I first submitted my information to this company through their website. I received no response to that. I then called them twice to give my information. Each time I called, they told me I would hear from somebody in two to three days. I didn't receive a reply until I left a negative review. By the time I heard from someone named Ed, I already had another company out to inspect the damage in my home. I told Ed I'd get back to him if it didn't work out with that company. That company didn't get back to me for me to pay them and provide the estimates. I decided to try submitting my information for a project on Yelp. I received interest from one company. That company didn't call when they said they would, so it seemed like it was going to fall through with them. I called back Ed to set up a day and time to come out to visit. I ended up hearing from the company that I found after submitting my project to Yelp, and it seemed like they were going to come through with the estimates I needed. I called Ed back to cancel our appointment because I didn't want him wasting his time coming if this other company was going to provide the estimates. This other company wasn't calling when they said they would, getting back to me days later when I wasn't sure if I was ever going to hear from them again. I decided to call Ed to reschedule another appointment. This time he told me his boss didn't want to be involved with providing estimates if they're going to be used in a lawsuit. He referred me to another company, which didn't respond. After getting the runaround from two other companies, Ed and AW Martin got rid of me by referring me to a company that also didn't want to get involved. If a company has a problem with their estimates being used in a lawsuit, that sends up a red flag for me. It's frustrating, but I'm quickly learning how to deal with contractors. Don't tell them what you intend to use their estimates for. Fortunately, I've found a fifth company that I believe is going to provide the estimates I need. I was honest with them and told them why I needed the estimates, and they're even willing to appear in court to back up those estimates for a fee. In that case, I'm sure I can trust them, and their estimates will help me greatly with my lawsuit."

"Scott visited my home to see what needed to be done. He gave me an estimate and weagreed to when work would be done. Scott arrived as agreed, completed the work and cleaned up when the project was completed. could not ask for a more professional individual. Thank you Scott"

"Engaged with Evolution drafting to get plans done for my sons home after it was damaged from the 2 hurricanes in Florida. We agreed on pricing and everything seemed great and we were close to finalizing the plans but the local city needed the plans signed and sealed. Evolution Drafting said they could provide this service for an additional cost of $1,100.00 which was paid on 3/20. They stated it should only take a few weeks to get done. Nothing ever was delivered and after numerous texts and emails, I was promised the final signed and sealed plans by 4/30. Well 4/30/2025 has come and gone and I still have not received our plans. Rueben has continued to stall me by stating he is trying to get these done ASAP. It has reached a point that I feel they are never going to get us the final plans as we have asked and paid for. Started out as a great experience but has turned into a nightmare for us and our son and his wife."
