"I had a fantastic experience with JNA Painters! They were incredibly professional and did an excellent job. The team was friendly, accommodating to my schedule, and even worked on the weekend to get the job done. They came by promptly to give me an estimate and were ready to start within just a few days. The price was very reasonable, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend JNA Painters. Thank you for making this such a smooth and pleasant experience!"

"I'm very detail oriented (probably anal retentive) and have had painters in the past who haven't done a great job and they paint "outside the lines."  I hired Mark last year to paint the downstairs and was so impressed with him that I hired him again for the upstairs and our screened in porch.
Mark and his crew are so meticulous that someone like me had a hard time finding any issues!  They patched old phone jacks that weren't needed anymore, painted baseboards, ceilings, walls, doors, and windows.  Before leaving for the day, Mark would say to me, "let me know if you see any issues and I will fix them tomorrow."  He knew that I was anal retentive and had the patience to deal with me but like I said, I had a hard time finding any issues.  However, if I did find anything, he immediately fixed it with no issue.
He was extremely professional and easy to work with.  He definitely aims to please his customers with the quality of work that he does.  I would recommend him to anyone!

"I hired A1 gutters to give me an estimate for a roof replacement and also a gutter replacement. They came to my house and went up on the roof with precise measurements ended up giving me all the different kind of choices that I could pick from. I ended up giving them the job and whatever they told me that was going to happen it ended up happening. Very friendly people that will give you a laugh and will get the job done when they say they will.thanks .to the best technician Benny"

Customers say: True professional

"Tony & his crews have always done a great job for me. I've been using their services for at least 15 years now - everything from exterior painting, replacing siding, building new entrance to my deck, etc. Tony responds quickly, he shows up when he says he will, he does what he says he's going to do. I have found his pricing consistent with the high quality of his work. His crews are polite, work hard & always clean-up at the end of each working day. Couldn't be happier."

Deck Staining questions, answered by experts

When applying multiple coats, wait four to six hours for each coat to dry. Not waiting long enough can result in streaks, peeling, and uneven color. Plus, it will be more difficult to discern where the second coat has already been applied.

Beyond liquid rubber, homeowners can use sealants, stains, membranes, or tapes as waterproofing options. Oil-based or water-based sealants soak into the wood, creating a moisture-resistant barrier. Waterproofing stains—available in transparent, semi-transparent, and solid colors—add both protection and style to your deck. For heavy-duty waterproofing, deck membranes and waterproof tapes can be applied under the deck boards to direct water away from the structure below. Whatever method you choose, clean and prep the deck first to ensure the best, longest-lasting results.

A concrete overlay is often the most cost-effective way to resurface a pool deck. To do this, you’ll need to pour a thin layer of concrete over the existing pool deck, which you can customize by stamping or painting. A stamped concrete overlay provides additional traction on a pool deck that can help minimize the risk of people slipping and falling.

Avoid using cleaning products that are abrasive or contain bleach or acidic components on composite decking to avoid discoloration. Early-generation Trex decking isn’t designed to handle pressure washer cleaning—and if you use them on second-generation boards, always use a low setting to avoid the risk of damage that can risk voiding your warranty.

Yes, you can and should paint or stain pressure-treated wood to help prevent the boards from cracking. However, you must wait for the wood to dry out completely before applying any finish. Freshly treated wood can take weeks or even months to dry; a common recommendation is to wait three to six months. To check if the wood is ready, perform a simple water test: drip some water onto the surface. If the water beads up, the wood is still too wet and needs more time to dry. If the wood absorbs the water, it is dry enough to be painted or stained. You can proceed with building your deck or fence while the wood is still wet, but you will need to wait to apply the paint or stain.
