He showed up the next day when he said he would and did a beautiful job. He did not pad the price because this was a “small job” or because I wanted it fixed right away to prevent further damage. He also did not try to talk me into more work than what I needed right now. I will absolutely be hiring them for future work on my home."

"I had an old refrigerator, microwave and some other things to be removed from my backyard. Robert was the original guy I I contacted. We talked pricing and then arranged a Time for pickup. Vinny was the worker that came out on time I may add he introduced himself and got straight to work it took him about not even 15 minutes to get all the stuff on the trailer. We talked for a bit and he informed me that they were a construction company that also did repairs and to keep them in mind if I ever needed anything which I will I've added them to my contact list. I think Robert and Vinny are phenomenal guys. They were both professional and friendly at the same time. I gave them five stars but that really not enough to describe how they made me feel like a special and valued customer. "We move into our house last week and are just amazed how great the newly painted walls and ceilings look. We had Derek come to the house to repair cracks in the textured plaster walls and ceilings. He is awesome. The walls and ceilings look amazing. He even installed an awesome backsplash in our kitchen. He is the best hands down. Since we were living out of state he was nice enough to send us some pics during the work.  If your still reading this STOP and pick up the phone call Derek you will not be disappointed. "The windows were manufactured earlier than we expected and we were promptly contacted about installation. Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day! Each window was installed with the same consistency in quality and efficiency. Furthermore, the crew did an excellent job protecting our floors and furnishings in every room. When it comes to evaluating the installation crew, we couldn't be happier. Regarding price, we probably paid more than we should, but that's on us. We advise getting several other quotes first and then get Castle's quote. This will definitely help in your negotiating. The windows have definitely helped to eliminate draftiness in our home and helped to maintain a consistent temperature."
