"Prayer answered! Our church was ghosted by our original contractor prior to his building a disability ramp for our rental building that he had contracted with us. Thankfully, Angi’s List connected us with NB Woodworks, LLC. Anthony responded quickly to our need. Listening to concerns of both landlord and tenant, he provided helpful logistical suggestions. He managed efficiently all aspects of the project, deciphering difficult to read architectural drawings and working with the city on our behalf to expedite permits and inspections. He kept regular communication with us regarding the project’s progress, issues, and city requirements. Anthony braved freezing weather to finish the ramp for us in a timely fashion, and we are most grateful to him, Thanks to NB Woodworks, our rental now has ADA safe access and our tenant has full use of the building space. If you seek a reliable, expert and efficient experience, definitely consider NB Woodworks for your next project,"

He was efficient in accessing the project correctly, obtained the appropriate materials, completed the tasks in a very timely manner, communicated with us from initial contact to finish. "Anush and his team were absolutely amazing, and our porch turned out better than we expected thanks to his ideas/recommendations. The attention to detail/pride they take in their work truly stand out and far exceeded our experiences with contractors in the past. One of my favorite parts is how much I genuinely love coming home now. It completely changed the look and feel of the front of our house, and every time I pull into the driveway it makes me happy to see it. I will absolutely be recommending AVSTEP to anyone planning renovations or building a home. We already have several more projects planned for our house in the coming months, and without question we’ll be using Anush and his team again. It’s such a great feeling to know we now have a contractor we genuinely trust and can confidently call whenever we need work done. "Overall, they were good. Efficient and polite. The quality of their work is very good. The manner in which they work needs improvement. Clipping chain links and allowing them to fall on wood floors â ¦ placing old fixtures on wood floors. However, the two gentlemen on the job were extremely knowledgeable, and I would most certainly hire them again."
