Erik and his helper did a great job re-surfacing my deck and railings. Showed up as discussed, 3 days later my deck looks amazing. They went out of their way to make the whole process a pleasure. I’m putting an outdoor structure on my deck and they supported the deck in key areas to make sure the structure is secured to the frame of the deck. Very happy with the whole process. 12 Squared was also very fair price wise. I installed Wolf composite decking, highly recommend wolf products installed by 12 Squared.

Erik & 12 Squared Construction was truly amazing to work with. Erik brought our vision to life by addition so much additional storage to our mudroom. He even helped up “baby proof” our porch and back deck with custom gates. We will be coming back in the future for other work. A true artist / craftsman
