"Don showed up early, asked what we wanted to do first and started right away.  He was personable and flexible.  We had a few things that we wanted done, but when we ran into some rotten flooring, we changed the plan and focused on removing the floor and the carpet and two layers of linoleum tiles that were installed in the powder room.  He worked the entire time obligated on Angies List (4 hour deal), and when we were done cleaning up with 10 minutes left he said "what's next?"

"I originally hired Al for a 2:00 p.m. appointment but he contacted us before 2:00 to let us know that he would be an hour late via the company phone instead he sent his son on time at 3:00 and he completed the work showed my elderly aunt how to use the scooter that we asked him to assemble for us he took a picture of my aunt on the scooter after he made all the adjustments and everything my aunt was very pleased with his instruction on how to use the scooter and all the different things to do with it as far as turning on the light adjusting the seat and the tiller and adjusting the armrest as well as putting the scooter in unlock mode to easily roll as a wheelchair if the power should fail she was very pleased with his patients and understanding of her needs and she spoke to me via phone as he wasn't giving her instructions she was very confident with him and enjoyed his company and I interned thanked him very graciously and I'm so glad my elderly aunt was pleased"
