"Jimmy was very responsive throughout the whole process. David and his crew of two were absolutely fantastic. "Bryan was awesome! He put three pieces of furniture together for me. All had electrical components to it. He also dismantled and unloaded all of the furniture that was here already. This was all after a fresh 4 inch snowfall. He was dedicated and friendly and made sure everything worked and was to my liking. Additionally, communication with A1 was exceptional and they were very reasonably priced. I would 100% use them again. "I had an urgent request to install shelves b/c the other person I hired never showed up. Belayeth reached out to me right away and came out the same evening. "I would rate 4.5. My stairlift chair and carriage has to be removed and then replaced for an installation, short notice. He removed and replaced the pieces. The chair still had complications. He was not able to complete it and said he would return. I troubleshot the error and completed it. He was punctual, attentive and professional. Without his initial work we could not have the installation done."
