"I hired Rob for a smaller job initially, to replace a section of drywall in a bathroom I was remodeling. He was prompt, very professional and his communication to me on what would be done and how was very refreshing. When I remodeled a bedroom, Rob was the only one I called, he came in and did the walls and ceiling. The last project I had a couple of months back was a laundry/half bath. Rob again did very good work, completed the walls and ceiling in a timely manner."

"I closed on a house that had wall-to-wall carpet in most of the rooms a week before going on vacation. I contacted Five Star and Ricardo responded right away, we scheduled for him to come see the job that needed to be done (he was very punctual), and did the work while I was away and the house was still empty. I had 2 other estimates and his price was the most reasonable. Since the house was empty and some of the work had to be done at night there were some minor issues such as a few staples (literally about 5) that were not fully removed and a spot that was missed due to lack of adequate lighting. Ricardo showed up to take care of those issues himself. Ricardo was alway courteous and professional."

"I've used Peter a few times before and I have yet to be disappointed. He responds promptly to calls and emails, gives advance notification if there's any delay, does the job on schedule and is an overall pleasure to work with. The best part is that his work is excellent and he stands behind any job he does! I noticed after the job was finished, and the paint had dried, that there was one area in the ceiling that could use additional work (from previous damage years ago). He has come back to repair the area without any hesitation or problem. He has also improved & repaired a couple of items at no additional cost (which I very much appreciate). "It went really well. They came in immediately and sealed off the basement from the rest of the house (There's no door to the basement)). They also set up very large and powerful hepa-air-cleaning units which they kept running through the whole job and in fact until the industrial hygienist returned for post-testing after the job was completed. The manager Mike assured me that the job would be done with the utmost effort and care and that's exactly what happened. The main workers, Marcello and Israel were terrific, meticulous, hard-working, reliable, responsive to any concerns I raised. I really couldn't have asked for any more. The post-test results showed Zero spores of the two bad molds with high readings in the pre-job testing. It's a really nice feeling when people come in and do the job just as they promised to."
