Matt seemed more like a partner than a contractorâ ¦he brought creative solutions and ideas to the project, was transparent with updates and showing off milestones as they were completed, and even went the extra mile to ensure quality (example: he insisted that siding be sent back because it did not quite match the rest of the house).
