Wow! I cannot say enough GREAT things about Saul and his team. They were clean, polite, always on time and did an AMAZING job renovating my primary bedroom and bathroom. This was no easy job. It involved tearing down a wall, reinforcing beams, constructing a new closet, extending a shower into a former hallway, etc etc. The job is simply beautiful and I would RECOMMEND SAUL without ANY hesitation. The price was on par with other quotes I received but my intuition was that Saul was honest and justs to his workers and I was not wrong! They all love him! I have photos of the job but have to figure out how to attach to this review!

EZ Way Construction has a wonderful team. Saul is organized, transparent with costs, and keeps the jobs running on time. I trust his work and his projections on time and price implicitly. I have worked with Saul on more than 5 projects for my home at this point and will continue to work with him as we continue to need improvements on our home. I can't recommend him enough.

I have worked with EZ Way Construction in the past, which is why I was thrilled to work with them again. This was the second complete gut/renovation and I am planning my next project.

I need to start by saying how great EZ construction is. I had a flood in my basement and thought I was done for. I called them in and right away they put me at ease! The workers were very professional and friendly, never getting in my way and always cleaning up after themselves. They were quick and efficient. Saul walked me through every step of the process and kept me in the loop if any thing came up. He was detailed in every aspect so I didn’t have any surprises. I thought that I was going to have to pay so much to get it fixed but their prices were fair and manageable. He knew I was stressed out over this whole situation, and did everything he could to make me feel better about it. They are super dependable I would highly recommend them to any of my family and friends.

As a single mom, I was excited to purchase my first home. I hired EZ Way Construction to help turn the vision I had for my new home into a reality. The experience started off great. I was quoted an amount that I agreed to pay and construction started shortly thereafter. The experience quickly turned from good to awful in record time. I gave the general contractor the security code for my home that was only to be used by him. Every day I had various non-English speaking workers coming in and out of my home and spotted on camera using the code to enter my home. The trash from food would be scattered all over the inside and outside of my home. On several occasions, I requested that the workers wear masks in my home due to Covid but my requests were ignored. Shortly thereafter, my children and I all contracted Covid and became extremely ill. I let the GC know that we were positive and he insisted that the work continue. The work itself was another set of headaches and disappointments. Several things on the property were damaged during construction. one of the workers poured plaster down my kitchen sink causing damage to the pipes. The ceiling in my kitchen was damaged due to pipes being negligently moved on the floor above it. A brand new front door that I purchased for the job was improperly installed and damaged leaving several open pockets for cold air to enter my home. Plumbing was installed without proper venting which led to a domino effect of further plumbing issues throughout the house. Framing completed for the bathroom was warped and improperly leveled. The cost of the job significantly increased without justification. When asked for a breakdown of what I was being charged for, I was given the runaround for several weeks. When I finally threatened to stop the job if I didn't get the breakdown, I received an itemized breakdown for work that I never requested or agreed to. The company offered no resolution and just a bunch of slick-talking and empty promises about what would eventually be done if I continued paying. Mind you, according to the breakdown, I had already paid $11,000 over what had been done by that point. I ended up having to fire EZ Way Construction and had to hire someone to go back and correct all of their mistakes.

Fantastic, EZ Way was honest, upfront and timely on everything they did for us. Midway through our bathroom remodel our home flooded. EZ way showed up the next day to help haul some of our trash and immediately started on the remediation. With their efforts we were back to normal within a week with a brand new lower level. I couldn't recommend these guys more and use them for any project i can think of. They are also now working with my neighbors and family. They really are the best.

Saul and his team did my mother's bathrooms - they did a great job! With the first floor bathroom, we converted the bathroom to a shower so that it would be more accessible to mom in her elderly years. We changed the plumbing and installed all new fixtures. He changed out the window and installed new bathroom tile. Saul was great at communicating and troubleshooting. I highly recommend him and his team.

Excellent. Saul and his crews did an excellent job in constructing exactly what I wanted. The crews were professional and courteous. I am completely satisfied with their work and would recommend them highly.

This is a much belated review but Saúl and his team did a great job renovating our townhouse earlier this year. We updated the kitchen, 2 1/2 bathrooms, and removed a half wall for balusters and a handrail on the stairs. Saúl was always phenomenal at communicating everything, keeping us up to date and patiently answering our many questions. He came in at budget and completed the job on time. Highly recommend.

Saul and his team are the best. My wife and I bought a three family home and Saul gut renovated the the first floor unit - including kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, flooring, ceiling and all electrical/plumbing. The work was of the highest quality and we will definitely hire again for all future work.

Saul is our go-to guy for everything because we have always found him to be fair, reliable and trustworthy. Over the years he has completely renovated our entire home - the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living room and the basement. He is always prompt, responsive, and accommodating and his team of skilled painters, tilers, electricians, and plumbers ensures that the renovating process is completed in a timely manner and on budget.

This is the first home I purchased (Condo) thus I had no experience in dealing with contractors. Saul from E-Z Way Construction made it easy for me to understand the process and is upfront about the cost. I found E-Z Way Construction via Angie List and they were first to respond. Saul came on-site for a free estimate. I explained what I want to be done and within the next day or two, I received a professionally written quote/contract detailing the cost and work description. I had 2 other contractors provided me with estimates but I decided to go with E-Z Way Construction because of price, transparency, and communication. From there, the process was smooth as Saul took care of everything including Permits that was required from the Home Owner Association. The Condo is in NJ while I was living in Brooklyn, NY, so the only time I can travel to NJ was on the weekend. Saul made every effort to accommodate my schedule and communicated with me constantly. The renovation was on-time as stated in the contract (It was delayed slightly due to inspection but Saul informed me ahead of time). Response time was exceptionally quick even on the weekend. In terms of the quality of their work, everything was completed according to what I specified. I will definitely use them again for other projects.

7 interior doors were replaced and trim was patched up and repainted. The team took extra care to cut the doors to size - each were unique. The quality of the work was exceptional and the timing/estimates were exactly what we discussed before the project. Everyone was courteous and pleasant to be around. I will definitely rehire in the future if I need additional work.

I’m not one to write reviews, but EZ Way Construction definitely deserves one. Saul (owner) performed a complete renovation in my largest bathroom. He was prompt, fair, and a great communicator, which to me is the most important. As far as the work goes, Saul exceeded expectations. The tile work, paint, and installs were beautifully done. I had some ideas as to what I wanted for the tub, toilet, and vanity. Saul offered his insight to help determine what works best for the size and colors of the bathroom. I’m glad to say I chose what he offered. The bathroom looks great and I will be a repeat customer in the future.

I received 3 quotes for a different providers to remodeled my intired basement, The job was started and finished on time, and within my budget. They gave it a very "modern" look, They were neat and quiet when they came and did their work, which I appreciated.
