He repaired/filled large holes in walls, ceilings, doors left during a move-out and painted the entire apartment to make it fresh and updated where you couldn’t notice the holes anymore. Incorporated all the finishing touches that a realtor identified to complete the renovation. Others suggested cutting out the bad planks and gluing in replacements. Al s method seems the better choice. It is closer to installing a new floor Glad we chose Al. Looks great."
