For many years I have relied on Pratt plumbing they always get the job done. I just had my kitchen faucet replaced I am happy with the work. They are professional. Steve uses quality materials so that it lasts for years. The price may seem high but do to the times we live in everything is high priced. I have called at all different times and days always get a quick response.

It took them over a year to complete the installation, which was initially installed without a sufficient control system. They were all nice, and generally professional, but at the time they first installed it, I dont believe the personnel on the job had sufficient expertise to get it done right and completely the first time.

Steve started the job and also included a sub contractor to complete the tile work.  I paid him $2,000 in cash up front.  He and his sub contractor came on many consecutive days to work on my project.  Steve had very little supervision of his sub contractor tile man after Steve finished his part.  When the last day came and I saw the work that had been completed I was in shock.  Not only was the tile work completed in a totally unsatisfactory way (tile was uneven and laid in a hazardous manner) the shower door that was put back would not close properly.  The tile wasn't laid evenly and the work looked like a 3rd grader did it.
When I called Steve to complain about it he came over and agreed that the job was totally unacceptable.  He said he would have the job fixed.  Well, weeks and weeks went by without any contact from Steve.  If it wasn't for MY phone calls to him I would have NEVER heard from him.  Finally after  5 weeks I spoke to him and he said he forgot about me and that he would get to my house to begin the corrections.  Again more weeks went by without a trace of Steve.
Finally, I had enough and told Steve I was done with him and that he should return the $2,000 I paid him and I would "eat" the cost of the tile I paid for the job. 
It took more than 6 weeks to get paid from Steve with story after story that he didn't have the money.  When he did send me a check he tried to note on the check that he paid me more than he actually did.
Steve is great at collecting money from youand will hound you like no tomorrow but lousy at completing the job properly or making the job correct.
 

Terrible quality and attitude. Missed appointments and shoddy workmanship including multiple plumbing leaks which ruined the ceiling of the room below. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Pratt's workmanship was good. I was very pleased with the outcome of their performance however their time management skills were bad as they were late and they also did not clean up very well.

THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK AND ARE POLITE. THEY CLEAN UP ANY MESSES THAT THEY MAKE. IF WE HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, THEY DO ANSWER THEM FOR US. WE RECOMMEND THEM ALL THE TIME.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. I GOT A PROMPT RESPONSE FROM THEM AFTER MY FIRST CALL. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. ONCE THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE, THEY WORKED QUICKLY TO GET THE JOB DONE.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY HAVE DONE FOR ME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. THEY DON'T LEAVE MESSES TO BE CLEANED. THEY HAVE PROVED TO BE PROFESSIONAL.
