Rob is highly professional and insured. He provides a contract price and stays at the price agreed on. He works safely and is respectful of your property and does excellent cleanup after the job. "

"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

The men picking up and delivering the car have always been pleasant and cooperative. Both Ely and Guy at United Transport has been highly responsive to my needs. "He came late to my house. He had said 7:15 and he came at 7:20. He put in 2 air conditioners when he said he was going to put in 4. He said that the other air conditioners did not work, and I thought that they did because I had plugged them in before he came. He said originally it would be $115 for all four and he argued with me and said that he had quoted $150 and because he did not want to put in the other two. I gave him $75 because he said he had greed on $150 for four. He was angry and yelled at me. He scared my son and I had to say that I would call the cops. He said to pay him then and he would come back after I bought two new air conditioners. I said no. I do not speak good English and had help to translate."
