"I don’t always leave reviews but this one is worth leaving. We’ve dealt with this company for a year and it’s been a year too long. Historically we’ve always had inconsistent deliveries but this time it went to far. We requested a delivery on a Friday afternoon, paid our previous balance upfront in full ($600), and made it known it was time sensitive we get a delivery due to our propane level. 1-2-3-4 days went by and still no delivery. We wake up to EMPTY TANKS. It’s the middle of winter, we have kids and pets, and we have no propane. We called Allen & Mathewson and are told we need to pay an additional $200 for an EMERGENCY FILL. It wouldn’t have been an emergency if they just delivered on time of us calling almost a week ago. During a 2nd phone call on the same day requesting an update on our delivery timeline we are told we were never put on the delivery list and that Lyne had to wait to hear back from the dispatcher! We got so fed up with this company that we are now doing business elsewhere. We have unhooked their tanks from our house and an order has been put in for them to come pick them up. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I have also reported this company to the state of NH consumer protection bureau"

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day.
