"The lighting in the bathroom was great but we were originally told they could fix our exhaust fan because it was blowing cold air in our bathroom. I even spoke to Richard about it before they did any work. The lighting was put in and his awesome helpers re-measured for the part on the exhaust fan and said Richard would "square up the bill with us" when the part came in. Over 2 weeks had passed and I had to call and text Richard several times about wanting him to fix the fan. I also wrote a note when I sent the payment for the lights, reminding him that he said they would do it. When he finally answered the phone, he knew why I was calling and probably regretted picking up the phone. He said "we don't really do duct work." This information would have been helpful in the beginning. When I told him that our original electrician installed the exhaust fan and asked if they should not have done it, he said they can do that work. It seemed like mixed messages to me. He suggested I contact a plumber and I told him that my concern is a plumber may not want to do such a small job. I knew there was no convincing him to do the right thing and honor what he said. If I owned a business, I would have done the work and told my employees that in the future they are to say they can not help with an exhaust fan. It was really frustrating and unfortunate that he could not consider how it felt to take showers in a cold bathroom."
