"This was my first time hiring a contractor and I admit it was quite daunting. After meeting with two other contractors and "testing" Dallastra, I felt they were up to the task. Not only that, I was on vacation in Italy while the work was done! Dallastra held to the promise of keeping me updated the whole time. Silicone caulk shouldn’t be used in place of grout because each material serves its own purpose.
