Much to my surprise, a real person answered the phone at that ridiculous hour. What's more, he said he would be at my house within a couple of hours -- and he was. Tom Marquis and his team had the ice dams removed, shoveled the remainder of my roof, and even made sure my front steps and deck were clear in record time and for a great price. Tom said he'd be happy to come and clear the snow off the dormer after any subsequent storms (there have been 3) and he was true to his word. One email and he was back within 24 hours. What's more, he presented me with a solution that would fix my ice dam problem for good which we will be taking advantage of this Spring.
