He had to deal with the quirks of my Kessler Farm Condo in building the stairs but overcame all obstacles. As a carpenter, he came fully equipped to make changes on the fly, he removed all the materials, rugs, matting and any construction residue. "Derek was the best handyman EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He repaired some roof tiles and the wood on the inside of the shed. It had leaked inside and the wood needed to be replaced. He worked until everything was done, even though it was late. He also repaired a piece of the ceiling in my dining room, that I had asked others to repair and they would not do the work.
