Arthur answered my query within a day. Celso was out to look at requirements and prepare a quote with another couple of days.

Ede came in and removed all cabinet doors and drawers and took them to the Bright shop for prep work and spay painting.

Ede and Sam came back with the doors and drawers and worked very hard for 2 days, taping, covering priming sanding  and finishing. The doors and drawers were re-installed and the entire area thoroughly cleaned.

We could not be happier. The guys took off their shoes while in the house, were friendly and could not do enough for us. There was one minor issue that was my fault and they came back within a day and took care of it.

"Souza is fantastic! Our house needed both exterior carpentry repair and painting and internal painting. Souza did a great job on the inside painting, easy enough. But the trim all around the exterior of the house had some rot and needed to be replaced. Not all of it but a lot. We knew that there might be more rot than met the eye, so Souza gave me an estimate for what could be seen. Sure enough there were additional sections that needed to be replaced. Souza first showed me what they were, and what the incremental cost would be to get my approval before doing to work. The work spanned almost 2 weeks. They started each day at 8 AM, were totally unobtrusive (including having their own port-a-potty placed in my driveway), were quiet, no music, and cleaned up the job site entirely at the end of each day. "It went better than I imagined. I recently had my living room repainted and new lighting installed and when that job was finished I realized I couldn't keep the dated wall to wall carpet that had been in the house for years. I called Mike on a Saturday morning, he called back within 10 minutes and come over that afternoon to give me an estimate and began the work the following Tuesday, when he removed the wall to wall carpet.  He started the sanding the next day. When he gave me the estimate he said it would take three days to do the job and another two to allow the finish to dry completely before I could move the furniture back.  He explained the difference between the water based and oil based polyurethane finishes and that I would need to have thresholds installed at some doorways.  After the old wall to wall was removed he showed me scratches the original carpet installers had left in the hardwood.  He said he would try to get them out, but they were very deep and would most likely show up as "shadow lines" when he was done.  They are minor and I can live with them. He did the job right on time and at the price he gave me.  He always returned calls promptly. He was very honest and upfront with me throughout.  The job went exactly as he said it would.  The floors look fantastic, I'm very happy with the job he did! Now I want to have my three bedroom floors done."
