Arthur answered my query within a day. Celso was out to look at requirements and prepare a quote with another couple of days.

Ede came in and removed all cabinet doors and drawers and took them to the Bright shop for prep work and spay painting.

Ede and Sam came back with the doors and drawers and worked very hard for 2 days, taping, covering priming sanding  and finishing. The doors and drawers were re-installed and the entire area thoroughly cleaned.

We could not be happier. The guys took off their shoes while in the house, were friendly and could not do enough for us. There was one minor issue that was my fault and they came back within a day and took care of it.

Removed wallpaper and then skim coated walls. Rodolfo's finishing work with the trim was beautiful! When it came to color suggestion he walked me through the process of picking the perfect color. "My wife and I recently purchased an old home. Portions of the downstairs had been renovated by previous owners, but the dining room had a dropped ceiling and plaster walls that were damaged in many spots. We had several service providers take a look at repairing it, including Marcio. Several other companies suggested simply going over everything with drywall -- while slightly cheaper, we decided it was better to go with Marcio's ideas, which boiled down to repairing the old plaster where possible. He and his crew removed the old dropped ceiling. Then, he brought in a plasterer who did a wonderful job of repairing the walls and putting in a new ceiling. I'm no pro when it comes to the specifics, but they used a combination of real plaster and replacement/skim coat depending on the condition of the wall. It came out looking beautiful. Marcio and his crew then painted the walls, and it looks like a totally new room.

"Mike called me back immediately after I left a message for an estimate.  It was a standard sized room for them and he was able to quote me without seeing it.  His price was the best that I found and he was the most responsive.  We were able to schedule the job within a week and that matched my schedule.  Mike and his crew member arrived on time and performed the bulky work (remove carpet and sand) the first day.  The best part was that we had heard horror stories of the dust caused by sanding and had taped up all our rooms on that floor to avoid it.  Amazingly, there was a very minimum of dust, not enough to even complain about, and we were able to feel a little silly about all the precautions that we took!  Mike and crew did a great job refinishing the floors, he came back two more days to add two more coats.  They were quiet and respectful of the house and were in and out in a few minutes each day.  Mike was kind enough to leave windows slightly open to let the smell out as much as possible each day.  The varnish did stink, but it can't be helped.  The floor glows now and we're very happy with it.
