"We had a very small roof area need to be repaired. I sent request to multiple company to give a service quote. Few of them sent me replies and stated that they are too busy to come. Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. Also, Eric and Don did excellent job on finishing the project. They are all very polite, knowledgeable, and showed their professionalism. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Matt and his crew. We are very grateful for having them arriving on-time before the winter storm to prevent potential damage of the house. "I had Jesse and crew at my house for 2 separate projects and I couldn't be happier. The first project was a small deck. Jesse set proper expectations about when he could complete the work (he's busy!) and provided an estimate. We stayed in contact regularly until he was able to start the project. I was very happy with the finished product and appreciated how they always cleaned up the site at the end of the day. The final bill was exactly what he quoted me. Since my first experience with Jesse was so positive, he was the first person I called when a tree fell on my roof during our last windstorm. Jesse came right over, assessed the situation and quickly determined that the limb went through the roof. With rain in the forecast, Jesse immediately sent a lift truck to my house (I have a 40 ft roof) and sent a crew to repair the roof that day. I was so impressed with the speed and urgency in which he and his crew worked to fix the problem. Again, his estimate was accurate and there were no surprises. Jesse is always a pleasure to work with. He and his team are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again for future projects."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
