"I had Jesse and crew at my house for 2 separate projects and I couldn't be happier. The first project was a small deck. Jesse set proper expectations about when he could complete the work (he's busy!) and provided an estimate. We stayed in contact regularly until he was able to start the project. I was very happy with the finished product and appreciated how they always cleaned up the site at the end of the day. The final bill was exactly what he quoted me. Since my first experience with Jesse was so positive, he was the first person I called when a tree fell on my roof during our last windstorm. Jesse came right over, assessed the situation and quickly determined that the limb went through the roof. With rain in the forecast, Jesse immediately sent a lift truck to my house (I have a 40 ft roof) and sent a crew to repair the roof that day. I was so impressed with the speed and urgency in which he and his crew worked to fix the problem. Again, his estimate was accurate and there were no surprises. Jesse is always a pleasure to work with. He and his team are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again for future projects."

I’ve heard of so many horror stories about contractors so i was so pleasantly surprised at how great this experience was. The work began quickly and the workmanship is incredible. These guys know what they’re doing. Tim is so professional. He is prompt, he communicates everything in detail and really pays attention to detail in the work. He’s also a really nice guy. "Disabled couple needed wheelchair ramp installed. The disabled couple couldn’t enter or exit their home due to unexpected physical limitations. Paul, Jose and the crew evaluated the situation and on a hot ? miserable day constructed a solid, sound wheelchair ramp within one day, a long day for the crew no doubt! The ramp is constructed so that the house will certainly fall apart before the ramp! The finished handrail was an added feature that Paul installed which made the finished project look very nice! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul, Jose and the crew from The Smart House for your general construction needs! I’m definitely keeping Paul’s information at hand for future projects around my home.
