"We could not be happier with Brandon's work, punctuality, cleanliness, personality, communication, honesty, pricing, and overall character. We actually had contracted to do some extra work for a few thousand. Day 1 of the job, Brandon calls to let us know that we do not need to do the work as he took the time and effort to get other opinions on the installation of a beam. Again, character. He could have easily installed, but he took the time to do right by his customer and that, in our experience, is essentially unheard of. The work he completed for us-on schedule-was more than we could have hoped for. He really does great work, listens to the customer (we are guilty of making many changes and talking far too much), but Brandon is beyond patient and willing to work with you. This was about as seamless a kitchen renovation that one could ever hope for.  Dave listened carefully to the goals we wanted to achieve in our kitchen, and was patient with the design adjustments we wanted to incorporate as we considered each version of the design plans.  One cabinet in particular that was added toward the end of the design process was brilliantly conceived on his part--a cabinet to store large items that looked like a lovely piece of dining room furniture, with exterior shelving and drawers. It is a centerpiece in the kitchen.  Dave was careful to preserve important walk ways in our kitchen so as to not create bottlenecks--an important element in this centrally located kitchen.  His advice on style and color of cabinetry was also highly valued in our desire to achieve a cleaner and brighter look, yet one that was still consistent with our 1931 Colonial.

The Brookhaven cabinets are beautiful and well-made.  While they are pricey, Dave was able to steer us to take advantage of a manufacturer's discount.  The selection of hardware that was available without incurring additional cost was completely adequate, and we took advantage of this option.

Installation of the cabinetry was smooth and timely.  We decided to make a last minute change to the placement of our microwave, which necessitated the order of a new drawer.  This took longer than we had hoped, but understood that this was not a Kitchen Center issue, but rather one of the manufacturer, as each items is custom made.  When the drawer arrived, it was without a front--this added more time. 

Once the cabinetry was installed, irregularities were minimal.  Dave and a service that works with him tended to adjusting hinges, covering screw heads, and painting areas that needed to be smoothed. 

Overall, working with the Kitchen Center exceeded our expectations.  Communication and responsiveness were excellent.  They partnered well with our contractor so that there were no glitches or last minute surprises--almost unheard of for a kitchen renovation.  The quality of the design and workmanship has made for a space that we are loving, and our only regret was that we did no redo our kitchen sooner!

"Chapman builders LLC. Mr. Chapman himself is great asset to himself and the company. Mr. Chapman installed recessed lighting all around my house and did a very great and efficient job. Mr. Chapman also gave me advice on what would be better for the future of the home and as well as being very knowledgeable with working with electricity and was also very proficient. Mr. Chapman also showed me various different ways we could have done things and he said that “I wouldn’t do it in my own home if it wasn’t safe and wouldn’t fail and making sure it’s to code. "Don and his team did a fantastic job on my full bathroom remodel, as well as putting in a new closet in one of my bedrooms and taking care of various other handyman projects for my place. I found him very easy to work with and very honest. He honors his commitments, and was clear on his schedule. He never placed other jobs in front of mine once work was underway. He is very capable, asking key questions and then using his experience to come up with a good plan of how to implement my requests. Of course, I needed to do my part in providing any needed supplies that were unique to the project (such as tile, bathroom fixtures, etc.). In some cases, I had very specific plans, in which case he listened to me and followed those plans while offering suggestions for improvement. There were a few cases where I wanted changes as the work proceeded, and he was very responsive in making those changes. He is very proud of his work and stands by it. I've attached a few pictures. The first photo shows the closet he built after he removed an old wall-mounted version. The removal of the old version also involved removing very old wallpaper and patching the drywall where needed. As you can see in the picture, it came out beautiful, and he and his team were the ones that installed the wood floor and painted the room. The second photo shows the new bathroom vanity and medicine cabinet that was part of a full bathroom remodel that he did. This was a substantial update since it required a change in the location of the vanity along with the corresponding plumbing and electrical work. He had to build up and move several of the walls, and he created the custom shelves seen in the photo. He also installed the tile floor, put in a new bathroom door, replaced the lights and fan and switches, put in new sheet rock and baseboard trim, and painted the walls and ceiling. Along the way, there were a few surprises and he was able to help me navigate through each of them to achieve results that I am very happy with. The third photo shows the new bathtub and tile that he installed. The tile looks fantastic, and he was careful to insure that studs were placed where the grab bars are located in order to get a solid install. I found Don so easy to work with that I also hired him to do other work around the place, including putting in new ceiling lights, new dimmer switches for those lights, new interior doors, performing various drywall repairs and painting, and several other handyman projects. I would definitely hire him again."

"We have used this company before with very satisfying results.  They actually brought in propane heaters so the work could be done in-spite of the unseasonably cold weather. Our garage has been falling down for years.  It was built back in the 1960's.  The lights used to flicker and it was always a gamble if the electric door would open or not.  I actually got trapped inside once and a neighbor had to force the door to get me out.  Now, we can turn the garage lights on and off and the door open or shut, from inside our four seasons porch.  Small things mean a lot! 
The painters, carpenter and electrician all were courteous and professional.  The office people worked with us to plan our project for the best result at the best price.  They took the time to educate us about different options we had and the pros and cons of each option.  Thank you Angie's List and Cinderella Company for a job well done."

"Excellent!....George promptly came over our house to look over the electrical job to give us an estimate. Later, (that same evening) he emailed a written estimate for us to look over and sign in order to schedule our job asap. The job was scheduled quickly (within days) and the install went very smoothly. The small cut-outs in the sheetrock they needed to remove for wiring the outlets were very cleanly cut and repaired with care. Our TV looks great and the electricians were very pleasant and professional. They even had patience with our kids and two dogs in our busy home! We will use them again in a few weeks for electrical work at our family business. :)"

"Friendly and quality professional workers. Getting an initial appointment scheduled with them was a bit of game of phone tag, but once that was scheduled I had a good experience. Mike came by before providing an estimate, he clearly laid out what he wanted to do and I received the quote 2 days later. They clearly answered my questions before scheduling the work. I had them change all outlets and lights on my 3rd floor which included adding new wire and breakers to my box on the 1st floor. They completed the work for 6 outlets, 6 lights and a new breaker/wire in 3 mornings. They created way less holes in my walls than I was expecting, all holes were very clean cut and easy to patch. Things were dusty from cutting drywall but overall everything was left very clean above my expectations. I did have to call them back to get info about quote/schedule/invoice every time. But the people on the phone were friendly and also responsive in their follow up."
