After seeing how clogged the coil was, I called JC Duct Cleaning. John Carroll and his assistant Steve were fantastic. They thoroughly vacuumed, brushed, and cleaned the coil, then finished it with a foaming cleaner to remove any remaining buildup. Our AC was back up and running in no time. What impressed me most was John's honesty and integrity. During a brutal heat wave, he could have easily charged much more, but his price was extremely fair. John is one of the nicest, most genuine people I've met in the trades. When I'm back to work and can afford to have the ducts cleaned, there is no question who I'll be calling. "Arrived and got started right away. I paid him upfront and had to shower and change to head out for evening. I received pictures taken of a portion of the duct, was disappointed I could not see to the end of the vent clean out. My other concern is how the service tech left the dryer vent curled up and partially crushed as he put the dryer back in place, and then took this picture to display it. It would seem obvious that once you saw the vent like that you would correct it. Not happy with that."
