"I had Ken come out to look at a stump removal and I mentioned a retaining wall project I needed to get done. Ken took some quick measurements and then came back again late that afternoon with his team and took more precise measurements. That evening I had a quote that was comprehensive and fairly priced. We quickly agreed on the project and date. Ken, Rowan and Roger showed up on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. "J & L did a very good job cleaning, cutting, trimming, and landscaping my lawn. Rank a 4 or 4.5 on the work. However, scheduling and keeping us informed was very poor. We had trouble contacting and getting return calls and getting them in for follow up work. Then they just disappeared."

"Cooper and his friends did some spring clean up, fall clean up, and mowed every week or two for the 2025 season. He seemed knowledgeable and he worked diligently. The prior homeowner left the landscape a mess, but these folks did their best to make it look as nice as they could. They would even take extra effort to trim off some vegetation from my walkway and other areas occasionally for example. Since 2025, I believe his father took over although it seems Cooper is still helping out."
