"My quote was for removal of vinyl siding and the original wood shingles underneath, tyvek house wrap, residing with new vinyl, and disposal of old material.  The $18k estimate is well out of my price range right now, but Nick was very helpful and gave me several other options for cost reduction.  If finances allowed, I would use Rich Exterior Solutions for my residing, based on my experience with Nick - he was professional but friendly, and didn't talk down to me based on my being female.
