As well, Roberto was very accommodating with us when we had to reschedule a start date due to issues I had getting the building inspector to sign off on my prep work. There was one minor issue that happened during the drywall install process, Roberto was able to fix the issue the same day and kept everything on track. He built the stairs very strong with excellent heavy duty wood. He also replaced all the roof soffits and made repairs as needed.
