"Hiring Lou and his son was was the best choice I could have made to refinish my dining room floor. Not only did they do an excellent job on my soft, wide board, pine floor, they sealed off the room and no dust got anywhere else in my house. He always showed up when he said he would, and most importantly to me, he was able to do the job around my schedule. He worked with me so that I could take the least amount of time off from work as possible, and I truly appreciated that."

"Minuteman floors came to my house in 5/30/25. I was requesting a quote to have my kitchen hallway and laundry room to have the linoleum removed and new flooring put down. He quoted me 2,510.00. He told me I would have to pay 50% so he could order supplies. I received an invoice via email for 1,255.00 which I paid via credit card on May 31. On the contract the estimated install date was 6/20-6/22. On 6/11 I received a call stating he was running behind due to the rain and he d called me in the beginning of the following week. I heard nothing from him so I called 6/23, 7/1, 7/2,7/10 and 7/14. Either his voicemail was full or I could leave a message which I did when I could get through. I never received a call back. On 7/3 I received an invoice for the remaining balance. On 7/1 I emailed the email where the invoice came from stating I have been unable to get any updates in my order and I wanted to cancel it. She assured me Stephen would call me back which to date he never has. I would like my 1,255.00 back and my order cancelled."

My renovation came to a stand still. Justin from Berube & Sons was called in last minute to do my drywall work. He arrived the very next day and worked both Friday and Saturday to do the job.
