"[Member Name Removed] - Thanks very much for the review and history on us working together. You folks have been great to work with over the years, we appreciate all the work and look forward to working together for the many years to come."
"[Member Name Removed] - Thanks so much for the kind works and review. We appreciated your patience when we had some material delays and you were very good to work with. It was a pleasure working with you on this project!"
"[Member Name Removed] - Thanks very much for your review and outline of your experience. You folks were a pleasure to work with and we hope that we see you again in the future!"
There were some delays for which they did apologies. Most of our contact was through E-Mail. Phone and face to face contacts were professional and courteous.
"[Member Name Removed] - Thanks for the review and feedback. We apologize for the delays that occurred and really do appreciate your patience through the process. You were a fantastic client and we enjoyed working with you!"
"[Member Name Removed], I feel the impression your review gives is inaccurate, so I would like to both set the record straight, but also apologize for a couple valid concerns you did bring up. First, you are correct that there were issues with the kitchen designer. While the finished product worked out fine (You yourself wrote in an e-mail to me that you were “extremely happy with the outcome”), the process could have been notably smoother and we acknowledge that. Jesse, the owner of Outside In, has since had a meeting with her to discuss and resolve the cause of the difficulties that you were privy to. Though it doesn’t help you after the fact, things are being handled differently now by both us and the designer to prevent them from occurring again. I apologize that you experienced any issues at all, and I thank you for your part in bringing them to our attention so that we could fix them. Second, I want to address the financial aspect of your review. You are correct that I sent your final draw invoice without including the additional costs we incurred by the upgraded items you chose. As I have already communicated to you, I fully accept that was my responsibility, that it was an unfortunate oversight, and I apologized for it. I also expressed my appreciation for your bringing it to my attention. I could have handled what followed in a more appreciative manner, however, in relation to the discount. I feel your review gave the impression that we tried to be dishonest with you. That could not be further from the truth. It is important to note that the discount that was offered for the plumbing fixtures was based directly off of the order you were having us place. Because you reduced that order, the discount we were offered, and in turn offered to you, was reduced as well. That information was already in my figures before you noted that we had not billed you for your selection overage. When you sent me the breakdown of your calculations, I compared my numbers directly to yours, instead of revising my numbers as an act of appreciation. While my actions were not dishonest, I certainly could have shown more appreciation, and that is on me. Had you communicated your displeasure to me at any time I would have certainly handled it differently, though ultimately I should have regardless. So for that I do apologize. To help make up for that error, I am sending you a $200 cash card that you can do with as you please. This is what should have been done originally, so while late I hope it helps make up for my error. We greatly appreciated you as a client; you were fantastic to work for. I’m sorry that the last impression for you was not a good one. Thank you for your business, [Member Name Removed]. Jonathan Powell Outside In Construction"
They were very helpful and went beyond the expectation. To wit, I had repainted the walls in one of the rooms they replaced the ceiling in. Not being as careful as I should have been, I bumped the ceiling with my roller. Without prompting, the guys noticed it and just repainted that part of the ceiling.
The decks turned out great, and we have been enjoying them regularly since they were done.
Whenever any issues came up, they immediately fixed it and minimized our inconvenience.
The only downside I had with them was finishing up some minor stuff at the very end took longer than was hoped. The work was still all done great, but with them being busy one thing slipped through the cracks for a while. When reminded they did return and fix it, so all the work was done and I'm happy with it all.
"[Member Name Removed] - Thanks again for the positive review and patience at the end. You were a great client to work for and we are very pleased that you folks are so happy with all the work - Hopefully you will get many years of enjoyment from the new deck!"
"(Member name removed)- Thanks again for the positive review! You folks were both a pleasure to work for and we are very thrilled that you are both pleased with the outcome."
"[member name removed], I was very surprised by your rating and comments... When we met at the end of the repairs project we completed from you at the house you were satisfied with the work and thanked us for a doing a good job. Additionally, we went above and beyond the scope of work that was agreed upon to do some other items on the basement level for you and completed added electrical/plumbing work that you had requested. The agreement was to replace some of the supports in the basement space that were rotted, we had discussed that the house was very old and there were many other items that would need to be done in the future, we completed what was agreed to and then some. I am sorry that you were not pleased with the work - However I am disappointed that you did not call/email me and let me know any concerns or issues that you had with us, as this is the first I have heard of this."
"(member name removed), Thanks for the great review, it was a pleasure working for you!"
"[member name removed], Thanks very much for the positive rating, you were a fantastic client and we very much appreciated your patience and understanding on the incident with the line."
