He came by and diagnosed my problem without charging a service fee. He was very thorough and was not in a rush. His price was fair. He gave his professional opinion and did not try to "sell" me products that were not needed when I inquired about a water softener for my house. Great guys both him and his partner. Kept me updated through every step of the way from the permit process, ordering materials and check-ins as the build was happening. Our fence is great! "The work itself, the actual basement waterproofing appears to be working but our flood season hasn't come yet so, I'm reserving judgement. But, the way the work was done was a problem and the initial way that they got with the problem wasn't satisfactory. Eventually, months after work I did get some resolution but is wasn't a smooth transaction. We moved some of the finished portions of the basement to do their work and the way that that was handled was very sloppy and rushed, and very expensive to repair. And then, when the initial point of having somebody come and look at all my questions, it was not the owner, it was his foreman and it was not dealt within a professional manner. After 2 contacts, tried to explain what the problems were and has offered that they have an annual service to make sure that everything is working and there's a fee for that, though he offered 2 years of that with no cost, so that was a nice gesture. He tried to make up for the problems but like I said, there were problems."

"I called Gregg and he came out to survey the situation within a couple of days. He was hopeful that he might be able to bring the bathroom up to code without ripping out all the fixtures, but couldn't say for sure without actually cutting a hole in the wall in the room next door. About three days later he called to ask if his associate Donny could come out and take a look. I thought he was just going to cut the hole and then let Gregg make a final decision. Instead, Donny got the job done by mid afternoon. Not only that, he didn't leave a speck of dust even though he had to jackhammer into the foundation.
I am very pleased with the result and the price, to say nothing of the speed with which the job got done. I think it was less than two weeks from the initial call to finalizing the work.
