"After 8 years, we came home and said "Wow, they made our life better!" We've had other cleaners over the year, and NONE have come close to Flavia and Natural Cleaning. I can't say enough about Flavia and her team. After 8+ years, we came home and were independently blown away by how they cleaned and organized our home. These are little things that make a big difference. They made small movements of items in the kitchen that we love. It makes the flow and effectiveness of the layout much better. The house shines. From floors, to counters to overall rooms, we walk in and feel a sense of comfort and happiness. We're not really messy people, so it's more amazing we see such a big difference. The people are nice, great with our dogs, friendly, and really effective. I can't say enough. If we need something done, it gets done. And it all comes back to Flavia and her leadership. She has high expectations for team and they deliver. The people who come to our home are good at what they do, and they are really nice and professional. Flavia clearly recognizes that her people define our experience. Understand -- nothing is perfect. Over a year, will have something that doesn't meet expectations. She's a tremendous leader. She listens, she communicates and she acts with certainty. She gets it. The issue was solved. Not solving issues is why we had a few people before Flavia. And we're not just satisfied; we're engaged to a level that we actively support her success. She is who you want leading a team who come into your house either one time or weekly. I can't recommend the service enough! _____________________________________________________________________________________ We?ve been with Flavia for 10 weeks now, and the results have blown us away. We are so passionate that we?re sharing our experience with our friends and neighbors ? something we rarely do. Here are a few reasons why! We knew something was different in the first meeting. Flavia made it clear that this is a business and she needs the communication to make it work. She shared how she hires and trains people, but things happen. And it doesn?t hurt her feelings ? she?s running a business to meet the needs of her clients. We appreciated the perspective, and predict we?ll probably give constructive feedback at some point, but there's been no need to date. All I can say so far is it?s exceeded our expectations and even anything we could conceive. Yes, they are that good. The first visit was a ?Toto, we?re not in Kansas? experience. We had 3 people who spent 3+ hours cleaning every part of the house. This includes the laundry area and finished basement which were ignored by past services. With past services, we'd clean to make up for their gaps. Not is this case. The house sparkled. Seriously. I thought others who used the description were just being extreme. They weren?t. Ok, we live here and see things. We had good friends over 5 days after the initial service. Out of nowhere, our friend commented that the house had a different shine and assumed we had done a summer cleaning on Saturday. We were happy to say no! There are funny little nooks and crannies in bathrooms, offices, etc. that were always missed in the past. No more. We thought one of our bathtubs was permanently stained. Evidently not. They cleaned under every bed, chair and couch (and they continue this every week). I was here during the first cleaning and I saw dust elephants instead of bunnies. It made us wonder what we were paying for in the past. The weekly visits continue our exceptional experience. It varies from 2 to 3 people. They stay as long as it takes. They are kind, conscientious, and focused. Every piece of floor, counter, windowsill, desk, ? shine. We?re not just writing online reviews; we?re going to continue to make recommendations to our friends and neighbors. In this case, something that seems too good to be true IS REALLY true! I?ll end with the text message to Flavia after the first visit (which I would repeat today): ?Our comment after walking through the house was we wished we found you 10 years ago. The team was very professional and just did an incredible job. When we read through the Angie's List reviews, you were far and away the only choice. Today reaffirmed that. The number and uniformly of positive replies says a lot about you, as we know it's hard to hire, train and retain people that meet your standards for any business. "Horrible cleaning service. This company was recommended to us, so we had them clean our rental house after our tenants moved out and left it full of filth. We were given a price of $1675.00 and we didn’t bat an eye - that’s how bad this place was. We didn’t care if it was going to be $3000.00, we wanted it done right. We had to call them back to vacuum the carpets, because apparently they don’t do that before they clean them. Everywhere the carpet met the wall there was black dirt, dust, crap. Some of the kitchen cabinets still had crusty filth on them, the bathrooms were barely touched- toilet and tub in one bathroom still had greasy grime and sludge on them. The light bars over both bathroom vanities were not cleaned at all, along with the vanity. The kitchen sink was basically wiped out with maybe a paper towel and water. I took a fine steel wool and dish soap to it and it came clean. My husband and I spent a whole day cleaning after this company. I would never recommend them."

"This is the 3rd year that I have used Window Works and their service continues to be excellent. We had 4 young men come to our house, all of them were polite and spent great care not to disrupt or disturb anything in the house. All of my windows were sparkling including the cellar and garage, they also cleaned screens throughout. I highly recommend them, and will continue to use them.
