To do this they had to remove the toilet. They found the clog and cleared it. Verified that the drain was open and then reinstalled the toilet. They did a very nice job of cleaning up after themselves and left within one hour after arriving. This is all the good news. The bad news is they did not check for leaks when they reinstalled the water line to the toilet. The next morning we had water dripping from the slow leak in our finished cellar. I found the source of the leak and tightened the connection myself."
