Despite their "satisfaction guarantee" and promise to return within 48 hours, they failed to uphold this commitment. Their attention to detail was severely lacking, with corners neglected and surfaces poorly cleaned. For instance, the kitchen countertops were left dirty with crumbs, they left dog hair on the staircase, and the master bedroom had no vacuum lines in the carpet to indicate it had been vacuumed. When I reached out to Aya to express my dissatisfaction, she told me that the team "accidentally missed some spots" because the house had not been recently cleaned. Huh? Isn't that why someone hires a service to conduct a deep clean?? Instead of providing me with the satisfaction guarantee and returning WITHIN 48 hours - she simply charged my credit card for the full amount despite my sharing my dissatisfaction and sending numerous photos and videos to Aya depicting the issues. Overall, I do not recommend Aya’s Shinetime Cleaning to anyone looking for a thorough and reliable cleaning service. Their “deep clean” did not even compare to what my previous cleaner did during a regular clean. Their failure to honor their satisfaction guarantee has left me extremely frustrated and dissatisfied."
