"AC was having major issues on a Friday evening on one of the hottest day of the year. Called Doug he had the issue diagnosed over the phone and was at our house within 10 minutes. Took one look at the unit ran back to his van and had the part stocked. AC was back up and running in minutes. "We had some remodel work done, including scraping the popcorn ceilings, plus 2 cats and a dog. It was a daily battle trying to keep the dust and dander at bay. They came in and did a great job of cleaning all the ducts, including some that a previous duct cleaning company had missed, and at one-half the price of two other companies I received quotes from. The dust in the house has been drastically reduced overall. My only complaint, a minor one, is that they scraped the paint off the edges of a few walls in the stairwell while maneuvering their equipment and hoses around. I had to do some paint touch up. I would recommend this company."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
