LNK Cleaning Company Lincoln NE LNK Cleaning Company is the leading house office building and carpet cleaning company in Lincoln NE. We offer commercial residential cleaning services as well as junk removal service in Lincoln NE | Omaha NE | Lancaster County NE | Seward County NE. Best cleaning company in Lincoln NE!

"Asked this company to give us a bid to clean not an estimate. They quoted the job from the phone after we gave the square footage and details. They were told it was a 2 bedroom and 2 bath. After the cleaning we had to have them come back. The cleaning person explained her steamer had quit and needed some more cleaning supplies.and that was why she left it dirty. They weren't coming back until we called them back. They sent out the first bill for the exact bid amount. After we called them back to do the job properly they sent out another bill $80 higher and explained that they didn't know there were so many rooms to clean. We had other quotes that were cheaper but this company had better reviews. No quotes were as high as the last bill they sent. Bait and Switch. Watch out."

Foundation Repair. Multiple Crews. Serving Omaha and Lincoln and surrounding areas.

"Negligent and unresponsive. They installed new foundation walls improperly causing more damage to the home and the walls they installed are already cracking. They also removed our basement stairs as part of the work and never rebuilt them. They have stopped responding to us and we may need to pursue legal action to attempt to recover some of damages. We have to hire an alternative contractor to fix their mistakes."

Masonry questions, answered by experts

In certain cases, such as when dealing with surfaces like concrete rather than brick, grout can be used instead of mortar. Grout tends to be more convenient to work with on non-masonry surfaces. However, many experts suggest using mortar whenever possible, as it provides stronger adherence to the bricks and results in a more textured appearance.

It’s called cobblestone because it’s made of stones that are “cobbed” together. A cob is a term that refers to rounded lumps. Originally, cobblestone streets were made from pebbles and stones gathered from riverbeds that had been rounded over time by the passage of water. The term has nothing to do with a cobbler, which is the term for someone who makes and fixes shoes.

The material you use depends on how hard-wearing your steps need to be and what you want them to look like. The most common stone for exterior steps is bluestone. It’s hard-wearing and durable, and bluestone steps cost between $15 and $30 per linear foot. Limestone is also a popular option and is mid-range, costing $25 to $50 per linear foot. You should always consider the specific requirements of your project before ordering any materials.

Minor hairline cracks in mortar are normal over time. This is a natural occurrence as bricks settle. You should worry about cracks in brick if you see vertical cracks that widen as they move up, stair-step cracks, L-shaped cracks, or deep horizontal cracks. These are all more serious signs of foundation damage.

If you’re attempting to mix and pour your own mortar, expect to pay between $5 to $10 for an 80-pound bag of mix. The cost to repair mortar, however, can range from $300 to $500 for a 20-square-foot wall. The larger the area and the more extensive the repair, the higher the cost.
